STRESS & YOUR HEALTH

The accumulation of stress over time can negatively impact your health. This stress can be physical (falls, accidents, poor posture, repetitive activities), bio-chemical (toxins, smoke, diet, medications) and mental-emotional (relationships, work, responsibilities). There is no avoiding stress; it is a part of life. It is how we handle and adapt to the stresses in our environment that either moves us towards sickness or towards health. Our nervous system plays a large role in how we handle our stress; so when it is functioning at its best, we are functioning at our best. We feel better and we heal better.

Knowing this, the best thing you can do for your health is remove any roadblocks that are keeping you from adapting to the stress in your life. Our goal is to help eliminate those interferences, and to learn how to stop recreating them, in order to keep you functioning at your best.
