Dynamic Motion X-Ray (DMX)

Our office utilizes Dynamic Motion X-Ray coupled with other technologies to create the full picture of each patient’s nervous system. This allows our doctors to provide the best precision care to meet each peron’s unique health needs. Because we are one of the only DMX providers in the area, we also offer this specific analysis for use with other chiropractors and health care practitioners.

What is DMX Analysis?

Dynamic Motion X-Ray, or videofluoroscopy, of the spine is a  real-time imaging technology that allows us to see how the spine and its components move during various activities. It uses a very low-dose continuous X-ray beam to create a video that captures the motion of the spine, which helps in assessing its function, alignment, and abnormal movement patterns such as instability, hypermobility, and intersegmental restriction. This technology can be particularly useful in evaluating conditions that affect mobility or pain, as it provides a dynamic view rather than just a static image.

Working with Your Health Care Team

Because our office is one of only a few facilities in the region that have DMX analysis on site, we are happy to work with other area health practitioners to provide this informative analysis for their patients. Indiviudals  referred to our office by a member of their health care team will be provided with a copy of their DMX imaging and an analysis report of findings. We are thrilled to be able to assist other practitioners as they help their patients get healthy and stay healthy.

Are you a chiropractor, medical doctor, therapist, or other individual in the health care field that has patients that would benefit from a DMX Analysis? Contact our office and we can discuss how we can partner for better health!
